Alice Livermore

Yoga started as a way for me to stay active, but it quickly became a lifeline—a practice that helped me feel more balanced, resilient, and connected to myself. Over time, I realized yoga wasn’t just something I did; it was a way of being. It taught me how to listen to my inner wisdom and find strength in life’s ups and downs.Now, as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), and an Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, I love blending these tools to help others on their wellness journeys. My classes focus on creating a practice that feels good for you. Whether we’re flowing through vinyasa or settling into restorative poses, I aim to weave mindfulness, meditation, and grounding practices into each session.Yoga is about so much more than what happens on the mat—it’s about how we show up for ourselves in every part of life.
